RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery of the product to notify their withdrawal from the purchase.

LOVE U MUCHO S.R.L. will not accept requests for exchanges due to withdrawal from purchases after fifteen (15) calendar days have passed since the delivery of the product. The customer will also be responsible for any applicable return fees.

To facilitate the return process, LOVE U MUCHO S.R.L. offers a system for managing returns quickly and easily. To use this system, the product must be in the same condition as when it was received. The customer must send the product in the same box or similar packaging as the original. If the product is not sent in its original packaging and is damaged, LOVE U MUCHO S.R.L. will not be responsible for such damage and therefore will not validate the exchange.

REFUND

In the case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer will not be entitled to a refund of the price of the returned products. However, LOVE U MUCHO S.R.L. LOVE U MUCHO S.R.L. will issue a voucher or credit note (excluding shipping costs) that can be used for a product exchange within 5 days, provided the returned products are in the same condition as when delivered; they have not been used, washed, damaged, or lost before arriving at LOVE U MUCHO S.R.L.'s facilities, and the requirements established in these terms and conditions have not been met.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Products are covered by the legal guarantee against non-conformity, which must be reported within ten (10) days of the delivery date, in accordance with applicable regulations. The customer must inform LOVE U MUCHO S.R.L. as soon as possible regarding defective products and provide visual evidence of the defect. LOVE U MUCHO S.R.L.'s quality department will determine the cause of the non-conformity.

The warranty does not cover defects caused by negligence, impacts, misuse or improper handling, incorrect voltage, accidents, misuse, rain, or washing. Products modified or repaired by the customer or any other person not authorized by the quality department are excluded from the warranty.

The customer will not be entitled to exercise the warranty:

a) If they do not have proof of purchase for the products. To use the warranty, it is essential to have proof of order and payment for the products.

b) If the original order condition, as well as the warranted product, is altered or repaired without the knowledge and authorization of the LOVE U MUCHO S.R.L. quality department.

The customer must follow the instructions of customer service and the instructions provided by email at all times to exercise their warranty rights.

At this time, we do not offer returns or refunds for international orders.
